I’ve only been using this for a few days, but so far I like it. I get back pain from sitting at work for long periods, and this gives my back a nice stretch. The rollers felt a little hard at first, so it took some time to adjust to them. It is easy to use and assemble and doesn’t take up much space. So far, I’m happy with it and will continue using it.

I have been looking for this type of product as the conventional inversion table was too large and not entirely safe for solo use. However, these issues have been effectively addressed in this modified version. Now, I can easily invert on my own at any time without requiring assistance from others

I threw out my back and had tried everything. Heat, ice, OTC meds, even meds from the DR and nothing helped. Got this in and was able to get my back to release and feel so much better. I mainly bought this because my back gets really tight after lifting and sitting at a computer all day. I thought the rollers might be too hard, but they’re actually pretty comfortable once you figure out where to position yourself. I can lean into it as much or as little as I want, and it really gets into those tight areas along my back. I’ve been using it before bed most nights and I definitely feel more relaxed afterward. Simple design, but it does what I wanted it to do.
I wanted an inversion table, however I live in a condo, so i I do not have room for one, so I got this device, I like the way it’s stretches out my back, it helps alleviate some slight back concerns, and when I’m feeling some back and muscle cramps aches I reach out for this, game changer slightly

I don’t usually write reviews, but for this item I had to. I am obsessed. I have no shortage of devices to stretch my back from foam rollers, Dennerolls, to the curved back stretcher that’s laid on on the floor…none of them work as well as this. It gives me the exact stretch and mild decompression that I need. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed!
