This product is great. I uses to use another Red light therapy but I would have to stand in front of a big box light for 20 minutes doing nothing to get the therapy. There is an extra long cord on this one so While I am standing at my stand up desk working I can put it on , set the desired heat temperature nd time and forget it. I can keep doing what I was doing and not miss a therapy.

This works very well, and seems well made. I have seen what appears to be this exact product sold by another company for over 5x the price. The only concern I have regarding engineering so far is that the plug gets quite warm during use. It comes in a generic box and does not have any industrial material smells out of the box. I use it on my legs and lower back both to reduce inflammation/pain and for overall blood vessel/joint health. I appreciate the ability to control the level of intensity and the range of the timer on the control. The material is well sewn and the cord breaks down into two pieces and stores perfectly in the pocket of the wrap. I've been using it nightly, an hour overall at a time, for about 2 1/2 months at this point with zero issues or faults. Recommended.

I used this for my lower back and neck and it really helped with pain. I am shocked. I have 7 bulging discs in my lumbar and cervical spine and not a lot helps. I expected red light therapy to be a gimmick but gave it a go anyway. I put it on for over an hour while I read a book and slept pain free that same night for the first time in months. It seems if I use it for long time once a week it really helps with pain and inflammation. I’m so impressed I’m about to get a gym membership just for their red light therapy room. Haha

I had a persistent pulled muscle in my groin and back areas. Within two days of use with this belt it was gone. I move it to all different parts of my body including my face and neck and just love it! I did have a minor technical problem, but customer service Was very responsive and stepped in quickly. . I look forward to using this for a very long time. Thank you!

I’m loving my red light therapy belt. It really relieves pain in my upper and lower back. I also use it on my feet because I'm always standing at my work for too many hours. It’s comfortable to wear and easy to put on. I love that it helps with cellulite and inflammation too. Easy to use with adjustable time and light options.
