Kyrolabs™ Warranty Policy

Your Kyrolabs™ product comes with our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We're pleased to offer the following warranty coverage:

Warranty Coverage

  • Cerviflex (Our Flagship Product): 3-year extended warranty
  • All Other Kyrolabs Products: 1-year standard warranty

Effective Date: This extended warranty applies to all Cerviflex orders placed on or after December 21, 2025.

What's Covered

Your warranty protects against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal use of the device. We cover working parts that affect the function of your device, ensuring you get the performance you expect from Kyrolabs™.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect
  • Devices that have been opened, disassembled, or tampered with (this will void your warranty)
  • Damage or failure resulting from abuse, misuse, improper care, impact, foreign object insertion, vandalism, improper storage, incorrect maintenance or repair, harmful chemicals, Acts of God, fire, water, abrasives, negligence, failure to follow instructions, loss of device, unauthorized alterations, or professional/commercial use

Making a Warranty Claim

If you discover a defect during your warranty period, we're here to help:

  1. Contact Us: Email mail@kyrolabs.co with proof of defect (photos/videos) and your proof of purchase
  2. Receive Your RMA: We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization number with complete return instructions
  3. Resolution: At our discretion, we'll replace your defective device free of charge

Important Information

  • Please retain your original purchase receipt or order number for the duration of your warranty period
  • Replacement products issued under warranty do not receive a renewed warranty period
  • If your product has been discontinued, we may provide a replacement of comparable value
  • This warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser when purchased through the Kyrolabs website or an authorized distributor
  • Shipping costs for warranty returns are the responsibility of the customer
  • We reserve the right to replace defective products with the most comparable product currently available

Product Improvements

Kyrolabs™ continuously innovates to serve you better. We reserve the right to make improvements to our products without obligation to incorporate such changes in previously sold products.


Your warranty begins on your date of purchase and continues for the full warranty period specified for your product.
