Once I understand all the functions of the device and applied them, it felt fantastic. My neck is less stiff and I can turn my head much easier with less pain. I have been using it when I have those pain in the neck kind of days. Very happy with the purchase.

Definitely not for heavy weights people like me but I still manage to put it to good use. And it gave me so much relief on my back of my neck. I used it for 15 minutes at a time . Eve thought my wife get scare because I look trapped in it i feel fine. It does work my pain is almost gone. It give me another reason why I need to lose weight lol thank you it does work!
